Backing Up Your Calendar

Backing up your Outlook calendar is similar to Backing Up Your Email.


Instructions for Outlook

Step 1: Start the Export

Once in Outlook click on the File tab then Open then Import....

Step 2: Select Export to File

Choose Export to File and click Next.

Step 3: Select Personal File

Select Export to Personal File and click Next.

Step 4: Choose Calendar

Now locate the Calendar folder under the Personal Folders heading.

Note: Make sure you check the Include Sub-folders option.

Step 5: Select the Location to Save

Now locate the Browse... button and navigate to the location where you would like to save the backup file. Then click the Finish button to finish backing up your calendar.
