Location of Information Technology Services & Personnel

Information Technology staff is located in the basement of the Samuel C. Williams Library. Stairs leading to the Information Technology are located in a corridor to your left as you approach the front doors of the library.

The Consultants are located at the Customer Service Desk in the Information Technology department. At least one consultant is available during all business hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., weekdays) and during other posted consultant office hours, which include some evenings and weekends.

Dial-up access to Storage01 and other networked servers is available 24 hours a day. Stevens' modem telephone numbers will be provided when you pick up your account information. Dial-up telephone numbers are not given out over the telephone, nor are passwords.

You are invited to attend training seminars offered at no charge by the Computer Center, which are advertised in the campus newspaper, posters, and on-line.
